We are running a 1 hour dedicated ‘Turns’ practice session next Tuesday 26th May during the half term break at Ashton Leisure centre, 10-11am.
Good turns are essential to competitive swimming and reducing swimmers times. A swimmer can save seconds if their turns are perfected and therefore this is an ideal opportunity for swimmers to practice these skills.
There are only 16 places available and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The cost of the session will be £5 per swimmer.
