Wigan Swimming Club (Wasps) is dedicated to its swimmers.
The club has members who are just starting out in the sport of swimming and members who are currently in GB training squads in both Swimming and Water Polo.
Wigan Swimming Club (Wasps) is Swim 21 and Club Mark accredited, and works to the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model.
As a swimming club we compete in team and individual events, with swimmers competing at County, Regional, National and International levels.
Swimmers of all abilities are encouraged whether they are swimming competitively or just for fun and fitness.

The club trains at the Wigan Life Centre Wigan, Greater Manchester, WN1 1DF, three times a week with an additional session at the Nye Bevan Pool South Way, The Concourse, Skelmersdale WN8 6LT.
