Our AGM was fixed for Monday 28th September but due to unforeseen circumstances we are having to adjourn it until 7pm, Tuesday 21st October 2020.
There will be an opportunity for all of our members to log onto the Zoom AGM. I would also like to invite you to forward any questions like to ask or raise any issues you have to my email address Chair@wiganswimmingclub.org.uk prior to the date. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions on the evening regarding any information within the AGM.
I will make the Zoom link available within the next week and this will be on the website, Facebook and Twitter, which will be self explanatory how to log in.
Thanks again for all your continued support. I’ve been to a number of our sessions now and its brilliant to see all of our swimmers back in the pool and working hard again. The response regarding the Covid measures the pool and club have in place has been great, the swimmers are all taking it in their stride and also all the parents and spectators have assisted in ensuring we may continue to swim, so thanks again for your cooperation and consideration in these tough times.
I’m aware that there may be some further guidance and information from Swim England in the near future, the club will update you all as and when this is available.
