It seems a while since this gala was advertised but we are now only a few days away from a trip up the M6 to Barrow and we hope you are all excited.
Barrow have released information on how the gala will be ran on Saturday. If you click HERE you will find all of that information.

The coaches will be outside the sportshall from 12 noon so please come and find one of us.
At the gala please make sure the swimmers have the following:
1. Something to keep them warm between races.
2. Two towels
3. Food,drink, snacks
4. Club T-Shirt and club swim hat (If they have them)
5. Sliders(flip flops) and trainers.
