This will be the last gala that the club will attend before the Summer holidays and will provide our swimmers the opportunity to race in a 50m pool!

The Manchester Non-National Meet will take place at the Manchester Aquatics Centre over the weekend of the 12th and 13th July 2025.

To take part in this gala a swimmer has to be 9 years old or over at Midnight on the 31st December 2025. Whatever age the swimmer is at Midnight on the 31st December 2025 is the age they will race as. The age groups for this gala are 9/10/11/12/13/14/15 and 16/over.

Please note for this gala swimmers must be 11 and over to enter the 200m Fly, 400m IM and 400m Freestyle events, however 9 and 10 year olds can enter all other events.

Below you will find attachments including the terms and conditions, the programme of events for this gala and the consideration times. Please read all of these VERY CAREFULLY.

When entering this gala please make sure to enter a time for each event. If the swimmer does not have an official time you can use time trial times or ask one of the coaches at training for a time. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE BLANK OR MAKE A TIME UP YOURSELF!!! Please beware if this gala is over subscribed swimmers with estimated times or unofficial times will likely be rejected first.

Also when looking at the consideration times please beware that swimmers MUST BE NOT FASTER THAN THE CONSIDERATION TIME to enter that race.

The entry system will be open until 10pm on Friday 23rd May 2025!!!

The reason for this is that the gala organiser has made it a first come first served gala and by having the entries complete I will be able to send them across as soon as entries open and hopefully make sure we don’t miss out.
