Hello below you are going to find all of the information about the upcoming SnowPen Gala. This Gala is extremely popular due to the fact that it is held in the Olympic 50m pool rather than a 25m pool. Last year the gala was completely full within 6 hours of opening there entry system. Therefore we only have time to set a small window of opportunity for you to enter this Gala.
The SnowPen Gala will be held at the Manchester Aquatics Centre on the 7th and 8th of December.
The closing date for you to get your entries into us for this Gala is Sunday 13th October. Under NO circumstances will entries be accepted after this date.

Please note when reading the consideration times swimmers MUST NOT of swam faster than the stated times. Also please note that within the terms and conditions it states that times entered for events MUST have been achieved at a Licensed gala from the 1st March 2018.
Please note if your swimmer only has short course times please use them on the entry forms our system will convert them for you.
Once you have completed the entry form please return it to either Michelle, Lee or Leigh Cutter. Lee and or Leigh will be at the Wigan Life Centre during Development sessions which are on a Monday between 6-7pm, Friday between 7.30-8.15pm and a Sunday between 12-1pm. As always you can pay by cash, cheque, or BACS. If paying direct into the club account please make sure to reference the payment with the swimmer’s name and Snow e.g. cuttersnow.
On the bottom of the entry forms please make sure to place a tick in the space provided next to how you will be paying. If it is by cash or cheque please make sure you place these into a sealed envelope with the swimmers name on the front. Entries will only be processed and added to the computer system once payment has been verified.
