Sunday 8th March – Session change

Due to some of our younger swimmers being up at Darwen for Micro League this Sunday morning we are moving the progression and development sessions from 0900 to 1000. They will swim with JP and JD this Sunday 8th March.

10:00 – 11:00. Progression/development/Junior development and Junior Performance.

11:00 – 12:00. Senior development and senior performance.
