“We are publishing the program electronically to limit use of paper. We will have a QR code to link to the programme which will be on the wall at the centre & will allow the programme to be viewed on spectator’s & swimmer’s phones/devices.
Please could you pass on the below information to parents:
– Please email any withdrawals to bcmchampionshipsecretary@gmail.com
– There is a charge for spectators into each session. The charge is £5.00 for each day with a refund of £2.00 if only one session is attended, concessions are available (Children £2.50).
– Due to restrictions on numbers, the numbers of spectators may be limited on the day due to the capacity of the balcony.
– There are to be no camping chairs brought into the centre at any time.
– The small pool will be available for warm up and swim down before and during sessions, only while used appropriately.
Please make sure swimmers are on poolside at least 15 mins before their warmup time so they are ready when warm up begins.
We ask that if possible our swimmers wear Wigan swimming club hats (if worn) NOT squad and club t-shirts whilst on poolside.
As always we suggest that a couple of towels are brought, as well as appropriate footwear, snacks/lunch for throughout the day and please make sure your swimmer has plenty of fluids to drink as it is warm on poolside.
