Well what a crazy three weekends at Liverpool Aquatics Centre.
As everyone has had time to relax we thought it only right to give a brief write up of a fantastic Lancashire County Championships 2023.
Firstly we would like to say a massive thank you to all of the club members who volunteered at the County Championships.
We had alot of involvement with the Championship and without these people the three weekends would not be the success it is. As a club we had a volunteers helping out in marshalling, officiating, commentating, keeping the stream live on YouTube, ticketing, and timing system. A fantastic effort from all involved!
Now getting to the stars of the show. Over the three weekends as always we saw some amazing swimming, fantastic PB’s thrilling finals and a sack full of medals as well.
We had alot of swimmers competing for the first time at County level and it didn’t seem to phase them one bit. Our experienced swimmers continued to perform brilliantly. All of the swimmers were a credit to Squad, Club, themselves and their families.
