Here is another reminder that this Sunday we will be running time trials rather than normal training sessions.
These are very important for the coaches as they use them to track the progress of the swimmers and to decide if any swimmers are ready to move to the next group within the club and also to look at swimmers to represent the club in a further 2 team competitions.
The time trials are also set up just like a real gala and they provide all our swimmers with race like situations.
The time trials are part of training and therefore does not cost anything to enter.
The closing date for this time trial is WEDNESDAY 30th MARCH.

We hope to see as many of you there as possible.
We ask that all swimmers take part in all four 50m races and then you can pick between the 100IM or 200IM.
Swimmers in development group please just swim the 4 50m races unless Tanya speaks with you.
Warmup will begin on Sunday at 12.30 so please make sure swimmers are on poolside by 12.15.
