This coming weekend is the Blackpool Lights Gala held at the Palatine Leisure Centre Blackpool.
At the bottom of this post you will find a number of attachments which include the accepted entries, warmup times and spectators info which has been provided by Blackpool.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU TAKE THE TIME TO READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION!!!!
Due to not having a massive amount of space around poolside a number of clubs have been allocated a space in the sports hall to set up base for the weekend!
We ARE one of those clubs!!!!
Our swimmers will be based in the sports hall with our team managers who will guide them through the weekend!
Due to us having a spot in the sports hall we suggest that the swimmers bring the following items (these are suggestions):
- Camp chair or something similar
- WARM clothes (socks, hoodies, fluffy PJ’s)
- Footwear (crocs, sliders etc)
- Food, snacks and drinks
As always we ask that ALL Wigan SC swimmers who wear swim hats to use Wigan SC hats and club T shirts please.
