The BCM gala takes place at the Wigan Life Centre on the 7+8th Oct 2023.
We have now received more information regarding the gala!
We are pleased to say that there are NO rejections, which is great news.
Please find attached the warmup times, accepted entries for each club, and then a program as well so you can have a look who your swimmers are racing against!
We have been asked to pass on the following information from the gala organiser:
“Please email any withdrawals to the email address as per the info at the top of the accepted entries doc.
– There is a charge for Spectators into each Session. The charge is £5.00 for each day with a refund of £2.00 if only one Session is attended, Concessions are available (Children £2.50).
– Due to restrictions on numbers, the numbers of spectators may be limited on the day due to the capacity of the balcony.
– There are to be no camping chairs brought into the centre at any time.
– The Small Pool will be available for warm up and swim down before and during sessions, only while used appropriately.
We are short of officials for the competition. Thank you to clubs who have recruited their officials – please could they confirm with Elaine who can attend and when? If anyone else can offer any officials please could they contact Elaine – elainekidd40@gmail.com
