Swim 21 is up for renewal again this year and we have an urgent plea for any volunteers to take on the role of the Club Welfare Officer.

Every swim 21 club must have a Welfare Officer. This role is essential in providing a first point of contact for children, parents and adults within the club who have a child safeguarding or welfare concern.

There is an ASA TIME TO LISTEN (for Club Welfare Officers) course this Saturday 7th January 1.30 – 4.30 pm Leigh Leisure Centre.

If you are available to attend the course and would be able to give up a small amount of your time please contact our Head Coach Rick directly at rick@wiganswimmingclub.org.uk before 6pm on Friday 6th January.

Kind Regards

Michelle Nickson
