I just wanted to update you all that our current Head Coach, Elizabeth is going to be stepping down as of Monday 1st July. Elizabeth has been involved with the club right from early beginnings as a junior swimmer, right through to becoming Head Coach of the club, on two separate occasions. Elizabeth’s commitment to the club has been of the highest level and she has helped give guidance and support to the committee since taking on the incredibly difficult and time consuming role of Head Coach. Elizabeth’s new career as a Sports Therapist is going from strength to strength and she has decided to pass the Head Coach role onto someone who can dedicate the time she feels the club deserves. Elizabeth will continue to coach at the club. I would like to pass on the committees’ and also my personal thanks on to her and wish her all the very best of luck in her future career.
Michelle Nickson will be taking on the role as Head Coach in the interim.
