Below you will find three attachments these are the warm up times, accepted entries and unfortunately the rejected entries for the BCM gala.
Unfortunately the gala organiser has had to reject some swims in order to stay within health and safety and timing guidelines.
Refunds will be paid back to swimmers as soon as possible. If due to rejections any swimmer is now left with only one swim within a session they are able to withdraw from that session with a refund being granted if they wish to do so as long as this is done at least a day before the gala.
With the accepted entries please can you check that all details are correct ESPECIALLY DATE OF BIRTHS! If there is anything that is incorrect please let me know ASAP.
Also please take note of each warmup time and make sure swimmers are poolside at least 15 minutes before the start of the warmup so they are ready to go!
As a reminder due to the amount of swimmers taking part at the gala the gala organiser has LIMITED SPECTATORS TO ONE PER FAMILY!
