Well here we are again weekend 2 of the Lancashire County Championships 2020 is nearly here. Please find below all of the warmup details for this weekend. Also we have attached a copy of the programme for this coming weekend. The organisers have stated they have a large number of swimmers each day at the Aquatics centre so make sure you are there in plenty of time.
Session 5 Saturday Morning 25th January Main Pool and Diving Pit
Warm Up 8:30 am to 9:00 am Girls
9:00 am to 9:30 am Boys
Session start as soon after 9:30 am as possible. Est Finish 1:00 pm
Session 6 Saturday Afternoon 25th January
Main Pool and Diving Pit
Warm Up 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm Girls
2:00 pm to 2:30 pm Boys
Session Start as soon after 2:30 pm as possible. Est Finish 6:00 pm
Session 7 Sunday Morning 26th January Main Pool and Diving Pit
Warm Up 8:30 am to 9:00 am Boys
9:00 am to 9:30 am Girls

This weekend will also be live streamed on YouTube so if you can’t make it to the Aquatics Centre you will be able to keep up to date with all the action.
