The club has arranged a 2hr Training Session at Wigan Life Centre at 10am Thursday 2nd August 2012. The session will be start and turn orientated with stroke technique being looked at. Hopefully a 1 hour Land training session will be added after a lunch if a room is available. Pool space is limited so the session is limited to 32 swimmers on a first come basis. The cost of the day will be £6 with a reduction if the land trainining is unavailable. Swimmers interested in attending should contact and pay the initial £6 to Trevor to confirm booking. Your place will not be reserved until payment made. Good starts and turns are essential to competitive swimming and reducing swimmers times. a swimmer can save seconds if their turns are perfected and therefore this is an ideal opportunity for swimmers to perfect these skills.
