Once again a quick reminder that the Club will run the next set of Time Trials this Sunday 16th January.
As previously mentioned these are used by the club coaches to see how our swimmers are progressing, to see if any swimmers are ready to move groups and it also helps the coaches pick swimmers for the upcoming team galas.
It is also a good chance for our swimmers to get more race experience as we head towards a number of team and individual galas.

Please Remember Time Trials will take the place of normal training this Sunday so we hope to see as many swimmers there as possible.
