We are not yet at the end of this swimming season but we need to start to look at the start of the next one and our opening competition after the summer break.
Just like the last few years the first gala of the new season will be the Wigan & Tyldesley Season Starter Meet.
The Season Starter Meet has had a revamp for 2026 and has changed to a 1 day event that will take place on Sunday 13th September at the Wigan Life Centre.
The day will include the 50m and 100m Freestyle, Breaststroke, Butterfly, and Backstroke as well as the 100m and 200m IM!
The age groups for medals will be 9,10,11,12,13,14,15, and 16/OV.
Age of swimmer will be the age they are on Sunday 13th September 2026.
Each event will cost £6 to enter!
The online entry system for Wigan SC swimmers only is now OPEN and will close on Friday 10th July at 12 Noon!!!!
If a swimmer does not have a time for an event, please ask your coach!!!!
Any entries that are received with NO TIMES will be rejected!
