Performance Psychologist Tom Bates who is currently working with British Swimming and elite swimmers such as Adam Peaty, will be providing a series of zoom sessions for Wigan Swimming Club members.

Tom is currently preparing the GB swimmers and will be travelling to the Olympics this year with the team so we are really pleased he has agreed to do this for the club.

The content will cover functional aspects for swimmers including positive mindset, goal setting, preparation etc – catering for junior swimmers through to our regional and national level members.

Sessions will be 1 hour long are planned for Tuesday  19th January and Tuesday 26th January, sessions starts promptly at 6.30pm on Zoom – initial 85 places available so please register for your place today, zoom details will be sent to all those who have reserved a place. Each session will cover different content so swimmers can signup to both sessions.

Each ticket reserved will allow one zoom connection, we have a limited amount of slots so we ask that swimmers from the same household share where possible. You will receive an automated confirmation email from info@wiganswimmingclub.org.uk to the email you have registered with club, please ensure you have received this email as we will use it to send the zoom details prior to the event.
